Disclosures under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). MOTORAVI provides a marketplace service; each vehicle is sold by the dealer named on the order.

Prices
Vehicles: the dealer's price in Japanese yen shown on each listing, plus the dealer's export fees.
MOTORAVI buyer service fee: none during the pilot. If a fee is introduced, it will be shown as a separate line in the landed-cost estimate and on the order before any payment.
Other costs
Shipping, insurance, import duties and taxes, compliance and registration in the destination country, and bank charges. Each listing shows an estimate; final amounts are set by the carrier and the authorities.
Payment
Deposit after the dealer accepts your offer (or after you accept a sourcing quote), and the balance before export, only as shown on your order page. MOTORAVI does not receive or hold payments and never asks for payment to a personal account.
Delivery
The dealer arranges export after the balance is paid. Indicative transit times are shown for each shipping route; delivery dates depend on vessel schedules and customs.
Cancellation and returns
Online purchases are not covered by a statutory cooling-off period. Vehicles are used goods sold in the condition described in the listing and inspection documents.
If a vehicle materially differs from its description, contact us before it is exported. Sourcing deposits follow the MOTORAVI standard deposit terms (refund rules are shown with every quote).
