Translated messages, offers, deposit, export documents and shipping milestones — all on the order page.
Getting paid
- During the pilot buyers pay you directly, on your own invoice uploaded to the order page, into your company account. MOTORAVI checks the invoice but never receives, holds or forwards money.
- Buyers are told to pay only the account on your invoice on the order page; bank details sent in chat are always masked automatically.
- Deposits are normally up to 30 % of the car price. Phone numbers and emails unlock once an offer is accepted; you confirm on the order page when the deposit and balance arrive.

Do I need to speak English?
No. The console is in Japanese and descriptions and messages are machine-translated; buyers read them in English.
What does it cost?
We currently charge no listing, success or monthly fees. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance — nothing is charged without your agreement.
Who handles export and shipping?
You or your partners, as today: export deregistration, customs (through a licensed broker) and loading. MOTORAVI shares progress and documents with the buyer on the order page.
Can buyers and I exchange contact details?
Until an offer is accepted, phone numbers and emails in messages are masked automatically; bank details are always masked. This protects you and the buyer from fraud — payment details belong on your invoice on the order page.
Can I list cars that are also on other sites?
Yes. Mark them sold or unpublish them when they sell.
Can sole proprietors apply?
Yes — a 古物商 licence is what's required, not a company.
What if I want to stop?
Unpublish at any time. No cancellation process or fees.
