MOTORAVI

How MOTORAVI works

Buying a car from Japan usually means trusting an unknown dealer, decoding shipping terms and researching import law. MOTORAVI turns that into a clear, protected process.

  1. 1

    Find a car

Every listing comes from a dealer we have verified, with specs, auction grade and location in English.

  2. 2

    Check eligibility

Choose your country. We apply its import rules to the car's month of manufacture and show the verdict, requirements and sources.

  3. 3

    See the landed cost

Shipping, insurance, duty, taxes and fees as ranges in your currency — with the assumptions spelled out.

  4. 4

    Talk to the dealer

Ask in English, Chinese or Arabic; the dealer reads it in Japanese and the reply is translated for you. Contact details stay private.

  5. 5

    Agree and reserve

Make an offer. Once accepted, the car is reserved and you pay the deposit as shown on your order page. MOTORAVI does not receive or hold the payment.

  6. 6

    Inspect (optional)

Book an independent pre-shipment inspection with photos and video.

  7. 7

    Export and ship

The dealer deregisters the car for export. We verify the export certificate before you pay the balance.

  8. 8

    Receive

Funds are released to the dealer once the Bill of Lading is verified. Your broker clears the car on arrival.

MOTORAVI does not receive or hold buyers' money and never asks anyone to pay a personal account. Pay only as shown on your MOTORAVI order page — never to a bank account sent in chat. If anyone asks you to pay differently, stop and contact us.
